DELIVERIES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
For deliveries within the UK we aim to dispatch all online orders within 2 working days, but this can take longer during busy times such as Christmas.
We send parcels by Royal Mail 48 hour delivery. Please note that delays in the service of Royal Mail are out of our control. If you have not received your order within this time frame, we ask that you allow 4 working days before you get in touch with us.
Our current UK delivery charge is £4.99 for orders under the value of £50.00. We offer free delivery for orders over this amount.
As soon as you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully. If an item that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will get in touch with you to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date. If you are not satisfied with the delivery date we offer you, you have the option of cancelling the order and we will refund your card.
Our stock is currently located in Wandsworth, South-West London. If you would like to collect your order please contact us on email@example.com.
We use Royal Mail 'International Tracked & Signed' service to deliver orders outside the UK. This can take up to 7 days.
Please note that during busy periods, such as Christmas, international delivery timeframes can take 14 days or more. Please note that delays with customs processing are not within our control.
The Small Home is based in the U.K. If you live in a country where duty is payable on goods sent from the U.K. please note that this is not included within the delivery cost.

European Small Parcel (0.0lb - 1.0lb) - £12.99
European Medium Parcel (1.0lb - 2.0lb) - £15.99
European Large Parcel (2.0lb - 4.0lb) - £17.99
Rest of the World Small Parcel (0.0lb - 1.0lb) - £18.99
Rest of the World Medium Parcel (1.0lb - 2.0lb) - £23.99
Rest of the World Large Parcel (2.0lb - 4.0lb) - £44.99
If you are not happy with your purchase then you have 14 days to return it for an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To return your order please fill out the returns form enclosed in your parcel and return it with your item. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
Please note that the right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to the following: “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification” – this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website, by email or over the phone.
We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition.
We aim to apply all refunds & despatch exchange items within 48 hours of the day they are received, although it can take longer during busy periods such as Christmas & sale periods.
We offer free exchanges on UK full price orders only. There will be a £4.99 P&P charge for all sale exchanges. International exchanges will be subject to the same delivery charge as the initial order (stated above)
Christmas Returns Policy
We have extended our returns policy over Christmas for gift orders placed in November and December. For such orders, you will have until 10th January to return unused/ unworn items to us.
Please not that our offices are closed from Friday 21st December and will reopen on Monday 7th January.
