Delivery Information 

For deliveries within the UK we aim to dispatch all online orders within 2 working days, but this can take longer during busy times such as Christmas.

We send parcels by Royal Mail 48 hour delivery. Please note that for certain fragile or large items we may choose to send your order by an independent courier. In these instances, delivery may take 7-10 days and we will contact you to advise you of this.  

Our current UK delivery charge is £4.99 for orders under the value of £50.00. We offer free delivery for orders over this amount.

As soon as you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email please contact so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully. If an item that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will get in touch with you to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date. If you are not satisfied with the delivery date we offer  you,  you have  the option of cancelling the order and we will   refund your card.

Please note that during very busy periods, such as Christmas, logistics partners can take longer to deliver.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We use the 'International Tracked & Signed-for service to deliver orders outside the UK. This can take up to 7 days but please note that during busy periods, such as Christmas, international delivery timeframes can take 14 days or more. 

Our current worldwide shipping charges are as follows:

European Small Parcel (0.0lb - 1.0lb)  - £10.99

European Medium Parcel (1.0lb - 2.0lb) - £12.99

European Large Parcel (2.0lb - 4.0lb) - £15.99

Rest of the World Small Parcel (0.0lb - 1.0lb) - £12.50

Rest of the World Medium Parcel (1.0lb - 2.0lb) - £16.50

Rest of the World Large Parcel (2.0lb - 4.0lb) - £24.50


If you are not happy with your purchase then you have 14 days to return it for an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

To return your order you must advise us by writing to and we will issue you with a returns note for inclusion in your delivery.  All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. 

Please note that the right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to the following: “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification” – this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website, by email or over the phone. 

We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition. 

We aim to apply all refunds & despatch exchange items within 48 hours of the day they are received, although it can take longer during busy periods such as Christmas & sale periods. 

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY: We have extended our returns policy over Christmas for gift orders placed in November and December. For such orders, you will have until 10th January to return unused/ unworn items to us.
