A hand carved ring in antique brass. This ring has an open back and is adjustable.
Detail
Handmade using a lost wax carving technique, commonly found in ancient byzantine and roman jewellery making. This comprises of carving the design from wax, placing it in a plaster cylinder and then pouring melted metal into the cylinder to take the shape of the wax mould.
